Suitable for those who are completely new to yoga, as well as for those with some experience, in this course we will learn breathing techniques and simple postures to help relax the mind, and strengthen the body. Teacher: Lucia Cockcroft (www.luciacockcroft.co.uk) Lucia specialises in teaching restorative yoga and yoga & meditation for relaxation. After gaining a teacher qualification with the highly regarded Sivananda school of yoga, she went on to train with a variety of top teachers, including Sarah Powers, Shiva Rea, Tara Fraser and Seane Corn. She aims to teach with a focus on breath awareness and mindfulness, and believes passionately in yoga's ability to transform and recuperate.
